H.E.M.P. Helping Expunge Marijuana Possessions
The goal is to help expunge 656 Marijuana Possessions in honor of House Bill HB0656, by the 2020 Maryland General Assembly Legislative Session.
Clinic will include:
Free legal advice from attorney's
Preperation of application filing of marijuana possession charges
Tickets
