Holistic Minority Cannabis Institute of Maryland is an organization formed by a Woman of Color in 2019 dedicated to educating and empowering minorities within the Cannabis Industry. Founded by Narjah Stewart, HMCI offers a pilot initiative called H.E.M.P., that Helps Expunge Marijuana Possessions.
Located in Maryland, the organization also offers professional services on how to build your cannabis business and how to stay in compliance. We work with people who have prior cannabis convictions to help get their records expunged, guiding them through the entire legal process.
We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
Our Mission
To ensure all minorities have equal equity in a now legal industry, that once vilified them. HMCI is especially passionate about creating and fostering a safe environment for women, respectively women of color within the cannabis industry.
Our Vision
HMCI is going to end the false association and stigma associated with cannabis use.
